Terms of Service — Dotify Online S.L.

1. What these terms cover
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Dotify platform (free site features, listings, search) and GenSuite tools (collectively, the "Services"), including: GenMatch, GenStack, GenDash, GenScore, and upcoming GenBoard and GenChat.
By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- •You must be at least 16 and register with a work email (no personal webmail domains).
- •You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
- •If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.
3. Service description
- •Free features: marketplace browsing, saved items, public content.
- •Premium plan(s): access to GenSuite tools and features (e.g., AI credits, blueprints, dashboards, ratings views), subject to fair-use limits shown in-product.
- •AI outputs: Parts of the Services use third-party AI models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You must independently verify before relying on results.
4. Subscriptions, trials & credits
- •Premium access is subscription-based (monthly/annual) with auto-renewal until cancelled in your workspace settings.
- •Trials may include usage caps. After a trial, continued use requires a paid plan.
- •Some features consume AI credits. Unused credits do not roll over unless we say otherwise. We may offer top-ups/overages at posted rates.
- •Taxes are extra where applicable. Refunds follow our posted refund policy (if any) or mandatory law.
5. Marketplace roles
Dotify operates a two-sided marketplace of software vendors and solution/service providers ("Sellers") and business buyers ("Buyers"). Dotify doesnot sell Seller products/services and is not a party to contracts between Buyers and Sellers.
6. Notifications & signals to Sellers
- •Company-only signals: For passive activity (e.g., browsing categories, viewing or shortlisting listings), Dotify may share company name and non-personal engagement signals with relevant Sellers. No personal names/emails are included.
- •Introductions: When a Buyer requests contact, demo, or quote, Dotify shares the Buyer's name, company and work email with the selected Seller solely to fulfill that request.
- •Future identity sharing for passive signals, if offered, will be opt-in only.
7. Your content & licenses
You retain all rights to content you upload (text, selections, preferences). You grant Dotify a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and use your content solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent you have rights to submit the content and it does not infringe third-party rights.
8. Acceptable use
You will not: (a) break the law; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse rate limits; (c) upload malware; (d) use output to create unlawful discrimination or harmful activities; (e) infringe IP or privacy; (f) attempt to access others' data. We may suspend or terminate for suspected violations.
9. Intellectual property
The Services (and all related IP) are owned by Dotify and its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted, no license is implied. Dotify trademarks, the GenScore mark/icon, and the GenSuite names are our property.

Sellers agree to: (a) use Buyer data only to respond to Buyer requests; (b) comply with privacy and marketing laws; (c) honor removal/opt-out requests; (d) keep data secure; (e) not misrepresent features, pricing, or compliance; (f) refrain from scraping competitor data via Dotify.
13. GenScore & rankings
GenScore is an AI-generated 0–10 rating based on multiple factors and sources. It is not a statement of fact or a guarantee of performance. Rankings and recommendations can change over time and may use automated and manual signals. Sellers must not manipulate ratings or reviews.
14. Third-party services
The Services may link to third-party sites or integrate third-party tools. Dotify is not responsible for third-party services; separate terms may apply.
15. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access (with notice when reasonable) for: (a) breach; (b) suspected fraud/abuse; (c) legal compliance; or (d) repeated non-payment. You may cancel future renewals at any time; access continues until the end of the current term.
16. Export & sanctions
You will not use the Services in violation of EU/UK/US export laws or sanctions, and you are not located in an embargoed or restricted jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain (excluding conflict rules). Exclusive jurisdiction and venue: courts of Madrid, Spain. If you are a consumer, mandatory local law/venue rights remain unaffected.
